It was truly a really really nice stay for a further 2 nights, the hotel met expectation. We had a fantastic and amazing breakfast, it was included.

We really enjoyed the hotel and its incredible breakfast.

The room was well-appointed and air conditioned here with large balcony.

The hotel was located conveniently, with just a short and pleasant walk into town. The staff, like Edelie, were friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcome during our stay. The room was comfortable with 

Wonderful room with canopy bed and lots of hardwood .Pleasantly greeted by manager and staff.We felt privileged to stay here.

Breakfast was ordinary.

Palace luxury & style throughout. Relaxed and friendly staff. Like staying as a family guest yet with all the service expected in 5-star hotel.

Wifi a bit slow and limited dining options during low season.

Staff friendly, helpful, delicious breakfast, rental bicycle convenient, beautiful room, lovely furnishings.

For us it was ideal.

The staff were friendly and talkative. The rooms were comfortable and warm. The hotel had beautiful stone buildings surrounded by lush greenery. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. Free bicycle rental was available and

The massage therapist don't truly know how to give a massage. I don't think they have been trained. (A short walk away is a place with trained therapist). Dinner was mediocre, better to go into town for dinner. Too aggressive with the bug spray, although when I asked them not to spray our room, they stopped.

Perfect location, just a short walk from the night market and restaurants. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. I loved the cozy and clean rooms, especially the comfortable beds. The pool area was lovely, 

it has amazing and lovely location close to the center of luang prabang. the poolside bar offers local drinks.

The location is marvellous and lovely, 1 km from Mount Phousi. You can eat in bars and restaurants.
